Our group network is the rock upon which our charity was built over 50 years ago and remains an important part of the services we provide to our beneficiaries today.

Our groups provide an important forum for friendship and companionship at the heart of local community offering everything from visiting speakers, days out, theatre trips, pub lunches, walking activities, skittles and the odd session of Beetle Drive or Bingo!

Sadly with a drop in available volunteers to help run the groups the number we have operating has fallen in recent years, although we are always happy to discuss the opening of new groups with anyone interested.

Coronavirus (COVID-19) Update: 17th March 2020

Following the Prime Minister's announcement on 16th March we have temporarily suspended all our local group activities and home visiting service (which will, where possible, be replaced by our telephone visiting scheme).

We have initially asked all groups to temporarily suspend all their group activities initially until the end of June but this may need to be extended further depending on how things progress.
