Whether large or small, any donation we receive helps to enable us to help improve well being for older people in later life and support our beneficiaries.

All the donations we receive go directly towards maintaining and develop the range of services we offer to former civil servants and their dependents. These currently include our national network of local community groups, befriending schemes and general information & advice.

2018 Fundraising Activities

Walking the Circle Line, September 7th 2018

A team of staff, Board Directors and volunteers will be walking the length of London Underground's Circle Line (above ground!) to help raise funds for our Befriending Services (National Visitors Network and Phone Buddy Scheme). Last year our befriending schemes delivered over 2,500 home visits and telephone calls to those beneficiaries who experienced loneliness or social isolation.

This year our Walk is sponsored by Civil Service Insurance Society - you can find out more about the walk and how to make a donation by clicking HERE

Virgin London Marathon, April 22nd 2018

Our very own Nathan McLellan (Befriending Services Support Officer) will be running the London Marathon to raise funds for all our retirees.

The Civil Service Retirement Fellowship is registered with the Fundraising Regulator and committed to delivering a high standard of service to anyone who engages with our fundraising work. Find out more by clicking HERE
